Only to use the information we collect about you for the purpose of paying you a refund on your SIM credit. We will not disclose any of your personal information to anybody for any purpose, unless required to do do so by law and to assist in fraud investigations.

We aim to pay you your SIM refund the third day after you complete the transaction. We may delay payment if we have any reason to believe fraud is being committed.

If you try to claim a SIMRefund on more than 50 pounds SIM credit on a given number we will delay payment of the transaction(s) which took you over the limit until we have been paid by the Mobile Network Operator concerned.

In return, you declare:

That the SIM card and the credit on it you use to access our service is yours, or you have the owner's permission. In the case of a SIM card on a contract you declare to be the account holder and/or the bill payer, or have the permission of the account holder and/or bill payer.
