How does it Work?
Getting a refund on your SIM credit is an easy three step process.
Step 1
Check the credit available on your SIM card. Remember this credit must be available for premium rate calls and text messages.
It would appear from our testing that Vodafone will not allow you to go below 50 pence credit when using premium rate services.
Step 2
Select the appropriate amount on our Tariffs page and follow the easy on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.
If the process is successful you press the 'continue' button to return to our website.
The graphic below shows how the payment process works. If you are accessing this page on your mobile via your data connection (ie not WiFi) you will see a simpler one step procedure.
Step 3
After completing a successful transaction you will be redirected to a contact page here on SIMRefund.co.uk.
Just put in an e-mail address registered with PayPal, hit enter, and the money will be on the way to you in no time.
If we do not receive your e-mail address, we will make the PayPal payment to the mobile number you used for the transaction. You will need to link this number to your PayPal account to claim the money.
